CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our Publishing team.
This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the launch of an exciting and groundbreaking game product on a global scale while nurturing and expanding our talented marketing team.Responsibilities:
Conduct a thorough audit of existing processes and develop a robust go-to-market strategy for the pre-release phase.Engage hands-on in recruiting and mentoring a high-performing marketing team to achieve outstanding results.Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing market share and elevating brand visibility.Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape, adjusting marketing tactics as necessary to stay ahead.Maintain analytics to drive better team results, utilizing data to inform decision-making and optimize performance.Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment in achieving overarching business objectives.Requirements:
A degree in marketing or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the gaming industry, with a proven track record of successfully launching game products.Expertise in devising release strategies for game products and executing successful launches.Experience working in small teams or startups, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM and content marketing strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.Leadership capabilities to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.Proven project management skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.Willingness to relocate to our Abu Dhabi office on short notice.Fluency in both Russian and English.We offer:
