Context & Environment Internal :

Internal interaction - with blending, bulk & filling teams & with logistics personnel of TMMEFZE on a daily basis.

External :

External interaction- Surveyor

Activities ACTIVITES

Plan and Control all day-to-day operations for the Blending activity, Permit to Work system, computer update, shift and resource planning.
Organize and direct the blending teams to achieve safe and effective performance, product availability with reliable quality while minimizing operating costs and ensuring that all activities are consistent with the company's HSEQ policies and applicable legislation.
Efficient Blend Plan preparation on daily basis to ensure on-time availability of product.
Blending and transfer plan through Automatic and manual blending operation.
Supervision of blending and transfer process and any changes to production plans.
Follow QHSE & Energy Management procedures in blending, train people, ensure compliance and recommend changes/ improvements.
Coordination of bulk receipts of raw materials and control the same.
Active participation in emergency response plan & emergency preparedness.
Monitor work area for optimization of processes & recommend improvements.
Be supportive to filling operations and communicate any non-availability of product for the next fillings as committed by the production plan.
Be responsible for agreed productivities and quality indicators as per the QHSE / Energy Management guidelines.
LUBCEL operation for blending of oils and entries , loss management entries in SAP.
Support to Production Manager /Asst Production manager of reaching the loss targets of blending not more than 0. 25 % loss, by having day to day controls and timely reconciliation of raw material to achieve the overall target of mass balance.
Play a role of Production Executive in his absence.
Investigation and analysis on blending batch failure and maintaining CAPA.
To handle ship discharge operation as per the procedure and QHSE guidelines.
Authority to stop production or dispatch, in case if any non-conformity is identified, including reviewing & disposition, as appropriate.
Hold regular, structured team and shift handover meeting.
Support to production executive in Follows-up plan for corrective actions agreed with responsible parties to ensure the implementation of the audit recommendations.

ACCOUNTABILITIES QHSE Objectives & Assignments :
• To understand and adherence to the current regulatory requirements applicable to the areas of responsibilities.
• To comply with TEMME Safe Work Permit program (as per the PTW roles and responsibility assignment: process owner/ permit applicant/ issuing authority and approval authority).
• Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE & Energy Policies and Manuals.
• Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate's HSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
• To contribute, meet and improve upon the KPI & EnPI targets as set towards overall QHSE and Energy objectives.
• Selection and availability of applicable PPE's at all time and ensuring the strict use of PPE's in work area of responsibility.
• Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
• Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
• Participate in the safety risk assessment, health risk assessment, planed general inspections, loss control tours and other kind of audits as per the TLBU QHSE requirements.
• Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position's roles and responsibilities.
• Control of quality and safety in operations ,as he is the first in line and exposure to QHSE can be high due to unsafe acts on quality / safety concerned.
• Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities.
• Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.
Compliance Objectives:
• Ensure full adherence to the company's compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities.
• Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention.
Job Related Objectives & Assignments :
• Sustain & improve productivity and service levels
• Mass Balance (Loss control) in Blending
• Maintain and improve 5S & Visual management in work area.
• Improvements to the system / processes as agreed by the annual appraisal system - objectives
• Promote digitalization & improvement projects in blending area.
• In conjunction with logistics executive bulk loading and additive call off plan to be done on daily basis.
• In conjunction with project team participate in commissioning of new Equipment.
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping and cleanliness in blending area
Candidate Profile Knowledge:

Good knowledge of lubricants blending process, HSSEQ management systems, Energy management systems, Lean management (5S & KIAZEN), understanding of safety issues in a Blending operation, knowledge of SAP system.

Skills:

Perform as a Team Player
Man- Management & Interpersonal Skills.
Enhanced oral and written communication skills.
Ability to perform multiple tasks against deadlines.
MS Office proficiency

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in similar position in automated blending plant, handling lubricants in a reasonably complex multinational environment.
Hands on experience in Safety, ISO 9001 (Quality) , ISO 14001 (Environmental) Management systems & ISO 50001 (Energy Management System)

Education:

Bachelor/Diploma of Engineering in any discipline.
