What You'll Do
Technical Responsibilities
Network Infrastructure Management

Review, monitor, manage, and maintain the client's networking infrastructure to ensure stability, reliability, and high availability.
Ensure all systems are installed and configured to meet the client's requirements in a secure, stable, and cost-effective manner while adhering to budget, timelines, and industry best practices.
Optimize technical infrastructure, including on-premises systems and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Monitor and maintain networking systems, including firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless networks.
Regularly program, configure, and update network systems for seamless operation.
System Maintenance And Optimization
Ensure all systems are patched, updated, and monitored to meet security and operational requirements.
Identify and implement new network management solutions to enhance long-term system stability and reliability.
Manage virtual machine infrastructure and hypervisor environments to support enterprise operations.
Maintain and support Linux and Unix-based systems, focusing on microservices and system optimization.
Security And Risk Management
Conduct regular security reviews and risk assessments from a network infrastructure perspective.
Implement and maintain robust security measures for all network and digital systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
Documentation And Operational Procedures
Create and maintain detailed documentation for all systems, including network diagrams, schematics, and configuration guides.
Define and follow operational procedures to support system maintenance and uptime.
Integration And Collaboration
Assist in ISP integration to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
Collaborate with AV and systems integrators to support technology initiatives.
Work on projects involving vendor and network infrastructure integrations, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
Support cross-departmental efforts to align infrastructure with organizational objectives.
Actively collaborate with the Network Infrastructure and Operations Manager to align on strategy, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless execution of network operations.
Innovation And Scalability
Identify and implement new solutions to meet evolving technology system needs in collaboration with the Director of Technology and the Network Infrastructure and Operations Manager.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience
1+ years working in a production network environment comparable to the client's, such as a museum, event management, or theme park.
1+ years working with enterprise network environments.
2+ years working with AV and systems integrators affiliated with large-scale projects.
Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of enterprise and event-based networks, including hardware from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Alcatel, and Huawei.
Proficiency in reading and maintaining schematics and system diagrams for network infrastructure.
Experience with network monitoring and management systems.
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey network requirements and changes to both internal and external teams.
Ability to implement and support robust network solutions adhering to industry best practices.
Proactive team player with a collaborative approach to working alongside the Network Infrastructure and Operations Manager and other stakeholders.
