Card 18 / 32: 1 yr old castrated male siamese cat presenting for neurologic signs (ataxia). This cat has a history of progressive lethargy for 1 month. PE : emaciation, icteric, abdominal fluid, pendulous abdomen, pleural effusion, pyogranulomatmous phlebitis ( mult organs). You diagnose FIP. Besides being concerned about the obstructive hydrocephalus, what is another concern you need to consider?
